This agreement between Cattle Visions and the Bull Owner refers to bull:

1. Bull owner agrees to provide top quality semen produced by a credible collection service.

2. Cattle Visions reserves the right to test semen quality on any shipments that come in.(2 straws max.)

3. Owner should provide a copy of the bull’s registration paper and photograph to Cattle Visions.

4. Bull owner should include Cattle Visions in their ads as a semen source.

5. Either party must give four months warning to terminate this agreement.

6. Bull owner must notify Cattle Visions if the bull dies or fails to produce semen.

7. Cattle Visions will provide semen storage free of charge to bull owner.

8. Cattle Visions will pay for shipping charges to get semen to their storage facilities.

9. Retail cost of semen is: $ /unit.

10. Cattle Visions agrees to pay: $ /unit to bull owner per unit sold in quarterly payments/year.

11. Cattle Visions is not liable for any semen, which goes bad in it’s vapor shippers or it’s storage tanks and therefore is not subject to royalty payment on that semen.
