Guinness won’t blow you away with his EPDs in any one particular category, but the sum of his complete parts balances him up extremely well. He’s a female maker who adds volume and sires saleable calving ease bulls and transmits marbling to his progeny. Jindra Angus, NE purchased Guinness in the 2012 Connealy Angus Bull Sale for $50,000+, and some of the country’s most progressive breeders have used him with success! We see Guinness working great on all types of heifers in commercial and purebred operations alike, and especially well on smooth fronted females like Upward’s, Bismarck’s, Brilliance’s, Hoover Dam’s, O’Reilly Factor’s, etc. We waited until St. Patrick’s Day to release Guinness!
