Lance Ellsworth
Co - Owner/Co - Founder
lance@cattlevisions.com

Lance was the founding Cattle Visions partner in 2002. His whole professional career has been dedicated to improving the beef genetic pool. He loves when cattlemen and cattlewomen win banners and produce sale toppers while striving to make better cattle. Lance has especially enjoyed leasing and promoting breed-impacting sires and meeting lots of great people on the journey. Lance was born and raised on a cattle & diversified crop farm in Elkhorn, WI. He was active in 4-H & FFA and judging teams along the way while showing cattle at local, state and national shows. He’s on the tail end of his kids’ showing careers and is looking forward to resting a bit while he hunts deer & turkey, but he won’t rest too much while he’s calving & breeding his 40 head cowherd.

Jared Royer
Co - Owner
jared@cattlevisions.com

Jared joined Cattle Visions in 2006. He loves the cow/calf segment of the beef business. Seeing new life, healthy animals, the sunrise/sunset, and being connected to the earth keeps him centered in reality and aware the world doesn’t revolve around him. He believes that ruminants are a great way to see God’s amazing creative design and the need to always be at battle with the reality of evil (disease and sickness). His energy and passion come from helping cattle producers and the Cattle Visions team succeed through team work, vision, goal setting and kicking fear in the face.

Patty can tell you many stories about traveling with Carl and other CV staff to trade shows around the country where she connected with bull owners and customers alike. Now semi-retired, she is grateful for the many friends she's made in the cattle business over the years. Most of her free time is spent with their two grown children and three grandchildren or traveling. Cattle Visions wouldn't be what it is today without her!

Carl Newbrough
Co - Founder
carl@cattlevisions.com

Carl Newbrough started a semen distribution company called Newbrough Genetics in 2002. Shortly after, he partnered with Lance Ellsworth to form Cattle Visions, located in Clark, Missouri. Carl has been active in the cattle industry his whole life, and learned to artificially inseminate cattle in the 1970s because his daughter wanted to show cattle. His knowledge and passion for artificial insemination in beef cattle continued to grow from there! We are thankful to have had his leadership and passion to guide us over the years.
