Homozygous Polled

Some couples pillow talk is about their travels, their work, ect ect, John and I usually talk about cattle.  During bull sale season we talk about bulls, a lot about bulls.  We watch sale videos and look up pedigrees, pros and cons, likes and dislikes, and Bet On Red was heavy on our radar.  We had seen his video, but late night pillow talk sealed the deal.  Four shots of the 8543U line up two on top, two on bottom to create as unique of line-breeding result to as great of a cow as you could possibly make.  His pedigree is almost like a page ripped right out of the Master breeder, Tim Ohlde’s playbook.

Now, on to the bull himself, remember it was the video that first attracted us to him.  John and Garrett made a red eye drive through South Dakota and stopped to see the bulls at Wernings, he called as he left and told me what a good set it was but the thing that impressed him the most was two bulls that he thought were the missing pieces the Simmental world needed.  One thing lead to another and we are pumped to be bringing Bet On Red to the G-.
