When we first saw JD as a calf, we thought that he was simply different than the rest. In particular, his skeleton and flexibility, for a bull to be masculine and rugged yet still be built impeccable in his angles is truly hard to find. Then, tack on that he is backed by one of the best OUTCROSS females from the Bunker family that we have seen within the breed, ultimately made this a no-brainer. Our confidence in him was only solidified when he was named Champion Charolais Bull @ World Beef Expo and then later was crowned Calf Champion at The American Royal in Kansas City.
