LCDR Patriot is one of our duo of flush brothers that have taken the Simmental breed by storm. Alongside his brother, Anthem 33K, Patriot was a headliner of the 2023 Lazy C Diamond Ranch sale where he was the $27,000 third high selling bull. More impressively, their mother, the legendary WS Miss Sugar C4, sold for $210,000 that very same day we were fortunate to acquire the pair of brothers.
Admired on sale day and ever since for his intriguing phenotype paired with breed leading genomic figures, you would be hard pressed to find a purebred Simmental bull with the length of body, stoutness of hip, ruggedness of skeleton, and extension of neck in one package that Patriot displays. Add to the equation a calving ease EPD spread with Top 10% or better Weaning Weight and Yearling Weight growth, Top 4% REA and API, and Top 2% Marbling and TI, we are confident there are not many other sire options in existence that can do the things Patriot and his full brother Anthem can do.
