LLSF Jack Pot J1 was a member of the Denver champion pen of 5 for Jerry and Barb Lee with Lee Simmental Farms in 2022. We were looking for a good numbered homozygous black and homozygous polled baldy bull and his picture and video definitely caught our attention. It's rare to find a bull that combines a top 10% calving ease EPD, awesome maternal calving ease and milk numbers and a good API and TI with the confirmation that Jack Pot's calves have. You can rest easy knowing your heifers or cows are carrying a Jack Pot calf, as birthweights and design have been ideal.
Jeremy Clark came through this fall and purchased the first 2 calves ever sired by Jack Pot. Calves are extremely stylish, sound, and deep bodied. He's also a proven baldy maker, but has not sired too much white to date. Jack Pot has stayed in excellent condition on fescue pasture while seeing heavy service.
