  2. FedEx express (overnight, 2 day) delivers M-F - FedEx does not guarantee delivery in 2 days
  3. Delivery dates are estimated using business days ( Monday- Friday, excludes Holidays)

How to return your tank

Good news! You've received your order from Cattle Visions, transferred the straws into your wet tank, and now you need to get the shipper tank back to Cattle Visions. Below are a few different options and instructions:

Your Different Options:

  1. Schedule a FedEx Ground Pickup via the FedEx website.
    1. Click the red box above that says, “Click here.” This will take you to a FedEx page that looks like the image in Exhibit B.
    2. You will need your Tracking ID Number. Your Tracking ID Number is the 12 digits located underneath the barcode on your return label. As shown in Step 1 above, circled in red.
    3. Enter the Tracking ID Number along with your personal information into the appropriate boxes on the FedEx page.
    4.  Once you have scheduled a pickup, you will need to place the return label over the existing label on the white hangtag on the tank. Then set the tank out in plain view for the FedEx driver to pick up.
    5. Customer will receive a confirmation # when the package has been successfully scheduled for pickup. If you don't see a confirmation page with a confirmation number, your package was not successfully scheduled.
  2. Drop your tank off at a FedEx location or set the tank out if you have a regular scheduled pickup.
    1. Place your return label over the existing white label on the hangtag on the side of the tank.
    2. Drop off your tank at a FedEx location.
